This is a faux gilded and jewel-encrusted throne.
It is above all a comfortable chair. I borrowed the angles and proportions from a sofa, but then I made it with a taller seat height than a sofa so it’s easy to get out of as well. I made this from pallet stringers. It’s finished with gold paint and glass beads. The upholstery is red New Buck, a tough synthetic that resembles leather.
The side table shown in the one picture attaches to either armrest quickly, easily, securely, and with no tools or hardware.
If you don’t want to buy it, you should at least stop by and get your picture taken sitting in it.
